PRIVATE STUDIO LESSONS
Everyone learns differently, get one-on-one lessons that are tailored to you with a professional percussionist who truly cares. With two drum sets in the studio, you’ll be free to explore several styles and easily hear and watch demonstrated examples throughout the rehearsal.
Marching and concert percussion lessons are also available on snare drum, tenor drums, bass drum, and mallets. Are you auditioning for a spot in a drumline or pit? Come hang out for a few preparation lessons to work on technique, memorization, or just to polish your audition! If you have a concert percussion solo coming up, feel free to fine-tune it at a couple of lessons to make sure you’re fully prepared! FREE DRUMSET EXERCISES
These warmups and exercises are composed for all skill levels, ranging from beginner to advanced. They include audio examples as well that you can play along with or just hear examples. Each warmup builds on top of the previous one and either focuses on something additional or combines ideas in a different way. Beginner skill level warmups and exercises spend time on simple ideas and establishing a bit of coordination while advanced exercises will use the basic framework to incorporate layers and different mechanics within. Using a warmup routine before diving into fun jams or performance music will help build up technique, fundamentals, and chops! It’s a great idea to start a practice session with a set duration of drum set warmups and exercises!

OUR 11TH HOUR
Our 11th Hour is a recording project that has been evolving for over a decade! The album is nearing completion and three tracks have been released as a preview! The band is comprised of Patrick Blakley and his twin brother Chris Blakley. The full album is exactly one hour long and tells a story of one male, and one female character. The rest is up to you to figure out!
